Nice tracking that was even overshadowed by excellent customer service

I ordered goods from western cape, with tracking number supp**** and on telephonic follow-up with World Net Express, the lady (Lasizwe) could not immediately tell me when exactly my parcels will be delivered, but said she would follow-up and get back to - which she did! She gave me an approximate time, with parcels delivered before ETA - WELL DONE World Net Express as well as Lasizwe (I do hope I have her name correct) GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
