Great service and going the extra mile

My sisters and mother had an urgent parcel with essential baby items prepared for me for delivery by 08 June. When the parcel hadn't arrived by midday on 08 June, my sister called the contact centre and she was promised delivery would be made by that day, even though the parcel had not yet been scanned. I am so impressed with World Net's service - the driver called me personally to ask if it was OK if they delivered by 22h00 and I said yes. The driver was in contact with me all the time to let me know his status of travel, and the parcel arrived promptly just a little past 10PM. The driver and his colleague were so friendly, and sent their apologies for being so late. Great service and going the extra mile. Thank you!
