We experienced very unprofessional and improper behavior from George at World Estates. A month before transfer and occupation was scheduled, he asked us “when are we moving out?” We had to remind him that there were an OTP in place. After transfer he treated us very rude and unprofessional, even after the conveyancing attorney instructed him to arrange for our movable property to be collected that was not agreed upon or documented to remain at the property. He acted very one-sided for the purchaser by deleting our email addresses in correspondence between the attorney, himself and the purchaser.
