DO NOT USE WORLD EDUCATION SERVICES

Extremely bad service. I started the process with WES October 2019, by December 2019 all my documents have been received by them. I sent in 5 credentials for evaluation, 2 Diplomas, and 2 Certificates and 1 Bachelor’s degree. On the 24th of January they let me know that they would not evaluate the 2 certificates and that I would have to remove them from the evaluation, this process nearly took a month after numerous phone calls and emails. Now my status is back to the same again as it was before they accepted the rest of my credentials and none of the call center operators can tell me why, they just say that this is the longest part and I have to be patient, three months after you have received my documents and I have to be patient! On WES’s website, it says you will receive your Evaluation Report 35 days after they accepted your documents, now this is clearly not the case. So, I urge anyone considering getting your credentials evaluated for ECA purposes to look for alternatives because WES is clearly not helpful and does not care about promised timelines
