Worst experience from World Access Immigration
Received the worst experience from these people. What they tell you before you sign and after you sign it’s completely different. They are now refusing with my refund.

10 May 2024, 12:43 You requested to withdraw from the application after the whole process was explained to you from start to end. You mentioned being unaware of the third-party and government fees involved but all related charges were diligently outlined and clarified in your correspondences, including a detailed breakdown in your signed Terms of Business contract, it's clearly stated that our service fee excludes third-party fees and Government fees. The fees were fully explained to you when you started your initial communication with your Consultant on the 23rd of October 2023 and on the 25th of October 2023 an email was sent to you explaining all the fees involved. All fees were explained to you before you paid any fees to World Access Immigration, the consultation was free of charge.
You signed your terms of business and made your payment on the 1st of February 2024, this was after you had 4 months to deliberate. A case manager was allocated and a handover was conducted, thereafter, a Welcome pack was sent. Once a handover is done and a welcome pack is sent, one now has all the information that is required for the whole immigration process and can easily proceed with the application by themselves. If your refund was based on being dissatisfied by your Account Manager, World Access Immigration could have offered a remedy as per section 11 of your signed Terms of Business.

25 Sept 2024, 23:08You claim that the fees were fully explained to me when you started initial communication with me. However, when I requested the call recordings I was ignored. That is because what consultant told me is different from what you're claiming. Why can't you share the call recordings?
This is a ****, you advertise on Pnet. (Which is Job Applications Platform). After one submits an application (thinking it's for a job), you then call to convince about this relocation thing.
