Team was great. I dealt with Tracy Cayly and Lillian. Cayly was great for providing overview on what our families process would be like cost of process and overview of what they do. Tracy was great for doing QA for our docs and feedback from assessing authority Vetasess and CPA and the many queries I had in regards to this. Lillian was great for taking us through the whole submission process and EOI and always called with good news on our nominations. Although Vetasess dragged their feet with giving us an outcome eventually when we did submit into the pool we got invites in less than a month for both 491 and 190 and eventually our 190 got granted under 3 months for 190. They will give you advice on what the current landscape is so that you make the greatest informed decision on which province is best or visa or which option would result in an expedited approval. They hands on friendly and always professional everything in email so you have peace of mind.
