The service was good with updates frequently. Guidance was given through out the process. I was over whelmed by the whole staff. The area that need correction is when they change hands of agents. There is need to notify clients to avoid us thank it’s a s****. Why now it’s a new name. If told that someone new will now take over all will be excellent
