Grateful with the service provided

I would like to thank the WAI team for their professionalism and the excellent service they provided to my family. I first contacted WAI in 2017 and decided to drop the idea out of fear for change for the most part. End of 2021 into 2022 I tried again with the same fear and then I met Caly who was very patient with me as he had to answer so many of my hypothetical questions in addition to explaining the process to me over and over again(for a couple of months🙈), which helped me to make a decision to start the process. Thank you for not giving up on me, Caly. The case was handed over to Lilian who was exceptional, she was constantly communicating with me whether it be to give me an update or to check up on my exam preparation or remind me about what had to be done for the next step. I kind of lost hope along the way because of so many challenges my case presented, but Lilian was always there to remind me about why I was going through the journey or about the time and money I had already invested in the journey and most importantly to present solutions which was comforting. I would like to thank Nicole and Tracy who were working alongside Lilian throughout the whole journey. Thank you again WAI team and keep up the good work.
