WORST SERVICE EVER!

In the last year I have never experienced such bad service as I've received from the Workwear Depot chain stores, especially Edenvale branch. It takes nearly a week to get a quotation. Orders are done wrong.The billing is incorrect and the general service and feedback is poor. Their finance department incorrectly allocates payments and then your account is blocked. It took nearly a year to sort out my account which was promised by the Branch Manager to be done within a month. When you ask for a quotation they don't inform you that items have been discontinued, only half way through the issuing of the order they contact you to inform you that items have been discontinued. When they don't have stock our Workshop Manager needs to contact their other stores to find out what they have in stock, as they don't even do that from their side. A standard practice I would have thought.
