worst service ever

For the past 2 year we have been trying to get 1 company registered, they keep on changing our companies names even though they have different cc numbers they will change the 1 company's name to another company when its not even the cc name as per the registration we have requested name changes for this 2 years now and still no one can complete this task. Managers have escalated this supervisors have assisted and they keep on messing everything up
