Workmens Compensation Subsidiary - FEM - Complaint

I am complaining about a subsidiary of WC namely FEM. I had an IOD claim in November 2018. I have had 2 shoulder operations and FEM are trying to find any way they can so as not to pay the claim. There are also numerous medical expenses I have had to incur and I have been waiting for over 4 months for them to capture these expenses and pay out. Each time I sent the documents they required they would add on another criteria that I needed to find information for. They also asked me for medical aid statements from October 2016 until November 2018 to try to sherk the responsibility of payment. I have referred this matter to their complaints department but I still have not received any feedback. Service is shocking
