Workmens compensation "service"

Have been struggling for 2 years to get my letter of good standing. The call Centre staff is ***********, and rude. Have sent my docs through, posted it to them and if I phone they say that they received everything. If you phone the next time then there is outstanding docs. Wonder if they still exist because not even the supervisors can assist.
