Workmens Compensation lack of service and horrible system

Terrible response and service. We keep on calling just to get compensation fund registration numbers to enable us to submit and pay returns, without any luck. They complain about people not paying, but when people do want to submit returns and pay fees due, they just do not respond to emails or phone calls. How do they want businesses to register and pay fees when their system and service is terrible? Is there any someone that can actually assist businesses?
