Workmans Comp is ***********

I have treated a patient for IOD, I have completed the forms and sent them off via email as requested. I do not get a single response from them, the account has not been paid and the patient has already been discharged. They do not answer their phones, they do not answer their emails, they do not even pay EDI. What must one do to be paid?
