Workamens Compensation - PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been trying for years to have my companies WCA claims sorted out. I went into the Cape Town Office on the 26 October with all of our outstanding claims and was told by Fundiswe Maxinyane that i need to call them back after 8 weeks and that they would then have our claims sorted out. \WHAT A JOKE"i called in again today ***) only to be told that it is no use for me to call in because she and her department won't ever answer their phones. How am i supposed to have this sorted out when they are \""to busy\"" to answer their phones and sort out clients that have already been to their offices??? Can this country be any more UNORGANIZED?
