Until when should we wait? Please help us!

This relates to the matter of payment by Department of Labour to the beneficiaries of my late husband, H. Nhlengethwa, who passed away on the 14th of December, 2013. <br> <br> In dealing with the Claim issue I must say that I have been moving up and down since from January last year. <br> <br> My main problem is that I am staying and supporting my 4 children and one grandchild, and I am struggling, financially, because I had to take all the UIF money and pay tuition fee for my son who is doing a first-year study at Oval College. And now I have to pay the outstanding balance of R12, 000-00 so that he may get his results and also be able to continue with his study. <br> <br> We also reported the matter to the Office of the State Presidency and other relevant departments and institutions and we are still waiting for the Department of Labour to process the payment.
