Calling Workmens is like trying to order an ice cream at Mcdonalds.

My favorite excuse I've heard thus far is this:

"The entire S.A nation calls us on one number, we are very busy"

What about the consultant that answered my call an hour ago and left me to speak to myself while they conversed amongst themselves having a ball?

You guys sure do sound VERY busy.
