SA Workmens Compensation ROE services stinks

The Compensation fund customer services stinks. I have been trying for months to get someone to assist. They have a 2008 year audit against us that suddenly and strangely came up, even though we got Letters of Good Standing every year up until 2015. We have comp**** with the audit by emailing the requested documents to them, they sent us a ticket number after sending the audit documents to all the email addresses we could find on their website because the first email attempt got no response from them. The ticket number they sent also seems to be a way of stalling or delaying the assistance. In the meantime companies that want to do the right thing has to suffer loss due to poor service from Compensation Fund department. And to crown it all, our account has a credit of R27 800. They have our money but refuse to release the letter of good standing. Even if just a temporary letter of good standing while the matter is being resolved. Utterly, disgusting poor and inferior service. Oh, and to crown it all, when calling ***, you are put on hold for a long time. At 30 minutes of holding I normally give up. This is unnecessary extra costs on our telephone account. And Cf-Filing is also a dead end and unhelpful. If only CF-Filing can treat each year as a separate period, like e-Filing does, it will be helpful. I now finally got through to a call center agent after 30 minutes placed on hold only to find out that they cannot assist me because we already have a ticket number which means the case is at head office. And only companies who cannot afford to pay the full amount can make arrangements with Workmens Comp and get a temporary letter of good standing. How frustrating that those who owe them money can get a temporary letter of good standing and those that they owe money to cannot get a temporary letter even. Very frustrating.
