REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYER

Our company have been struggling to Register a client with the Workman Compensation Fund since 8 February 2016. We have sent numerous emails to the Call Center to find out about the progress of the application without any response or success. Today when we finally got hold of the call center we were told that there is a backlog on the registration of employers. Because it is a requirement by law to be registered as an employer we feel that this delay on the part of the fund is not only frustrating but totally unacceptable and we need urgent help as the client is about to forfeit a large contract.
