REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYER

I have been struggling to register my company with the Workmans Compensation Fund since 7th October 2015. I have sent numerous emails to the call centre to find out about the progress of the application - no response from them, except wait 21 days and another 21 days and another..... Phone calls go unanswered on a daily basis. It is a requirement by law for my company to be registered, yet I cannot get an answer. I need a letter of good standing in order to keep servicing my clients, but Workmans Comp doesn't want to help me. What do I do??????
