Pensions cleansing act..

I don't even want to give a single star..my husband passed away on duty thus leaving me and the kids behind..kids lost their job..I wasn't informed of the"pension cleansing act"'.. my pension was stopped I've had to call to find out why.. I did submit all the forms the very same day..and now In A new month..and still haven't received response or my pension reinstated..must we starve to death...cause no one bothers to answer a phone or email ive sent to governmental departments...I did what they've asked...not even the Pretoria main offices are of any help..my kids and I don't have an income..my sons lost their jobs..the pension is all we had ..PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS MESSAGE I ASK FOR HELP..
