Pensioner (79 years old) not getting annual increases

<p>My aged mother has not received annually increased monthly payments for over 2 years. After numerous mails, phone calls, physically visiting the department she received back pay for only a single year. The department needs to pay her the increase deficit for another year and adjust her monthly allowance in accordance with the act.
