Pathetic service

Good day I have been contacting the workmans compensation fund for 2 months . They asked to email documents which I did. This is the only reply I get To date.nothing Its regarding my.late dad I'd no ***. Now they tell me to visit a labour centre after emailing After trying and trying cannot even get through a labour centre
