not sure

I had an accident at work in Feb 2015 hurt my toe nail from my understanding I think the claim went threw in March 2015 , I have to keep calling the call centre to check on my claim and no one tells me if everything is in order , they have my cell phone they should called me to inform me what's happening , this is very Irritating , what kind of govement is this if only I knew what I would have got my self into I would have never did this claim . I would like this to get sorted out soon , and not take another 6 months to sort
