No reply to any correspondence regarding claim

It has been an on-going struggle for the past 2 years to get any information regarding a claim for a patient we have been treating with the WCA. This patient was treated in 2012 and we have yet to receive our funds for services rendered. After handing this account over to our lawyers we finally received a response that the claim has been approved bur we have yet to receive any payment. I received a claim number H1/*** but no one is getting back to me on how to go about finally receiving our money (over R7000).
