its been 6 months and no responds

My husband is deaf in both ears. 7 years ago hearing aids from WCA. The hearingaid work anymore. He when to Dr. Harmse, like before. They have submitted the forms to WCA Pretoria and we took a copy into WCA itself. Its been over 6months and we didn't hear anything. The docto offices try phoning, we phoned a couple of times, but no luck.
