Incompetant workmens compensation fund

I want to know why the Workmen`s compensation fund has become so *********** in doing their work, we as a company have been struggling since April this year to get our Letter of good standing out of them. The requested documents from us to complete their audit which we have send in to them a number of times. Every time we inquire on what's going on we get asked for the same documents again and again. We are at a point now where we are being told by clients that our vendor numbers will be closed and we will not get paid for work done cause we don`t have the Letter of good standing. I have twice now send mails to Workmen`s compensation telling them this but they don`t seem to give a dam if other loose their job because of their incompetency cause what the hell their will be some other dum taxpayer to pay their salaries and that seem to be the reason why workmen`s comp does not care. They also don`t answer phones and neither does the labour department as I have even tried calling them to look into the matter for us. What is going on in this country cause with non functional government department we are going now where very quickly. Is there any body left in the workmen`s comp department that gives a dam???
