I submitted a claim 2 years ago, just spoke to kgaugelo in legal, who advised that the file has been handed to a legal officer last year July. i asked for feedback and she said it is not her responsibility to baby sit the legal officer. if this is customer service than i would rather not be served as a customer i am still no where in finding out what happened to my complaint
