Frustration with Department Labour & LOGS

Went on-line. Registered my company. Submitted payment via cf-filing. Rejected 3 times. Paid via ABSA as a normal beneficiary. Have sent 4 emails with proof of payment. No reply! The lady at the Cape Town office says there are no phones working at the listed numbers on the contact section of the web site, and payment must be done via the web site! How are we supposed to get our letter of Good Standing. Our customer won't let us one site without it. HELP!!!
