Failed to pay Temporary Disability Compensation Commissioner

Still no payment since August 2019,As per previous reviews I have contacted and went to them personally twice now. Last year's excuse was system upgrades and glitches. This year in January I was informed that they were waiting for the back office to upload my documents. I went to them personally then and gave them the paperwork again,this was then scanned and uploaded and given a new reference number. Again I was promised a response in six weeks. I called and was informed that they still waiting for the back office. Now again the new excuse is lockdown and the people working with the claims are not working and an array of other excuses as to why the claim is not paid and the delay since last year. I was supposed to have received temporary disability since August 2019. All along we suffered but the WCA just do not care or maybe is selective as I am aware of only minority's that have not received payment some for years already. Currently still been booked off for further treatment.How do we make a living now especially with lockdown and all the online admin work is gone.I cannot get UIF and any aid as I am still employed. This is a gross neglect of my basic human rights
