Compensation fund

It is so annoying that payment has not been done as I usually received it on the 25 and today is the 28. What annoys me most is that they dont even notify me if there will be a delay on the payment but they have my contact details. Schools fees have due dates for payments and they are failing to have a consistent date, even if you call them they will tell you that they will come back to you but they won't its so annoying and frustrating. Their service is so annoying and unprofessional.
