Claim for Injury on Duty

<p>My dad was assaulted at his store on 14 September 2014 and that led to trauma in his right eye. To save his eye he underwent 4 mayor surgeries and lost 50% vision. All neccessary medical reports included the final medical report was send to the C.I.O.D (Compensation for Occupational Injury and Diseases Act) on 18 December 2014 and they represented it to the Workmens Compensation Commissioner for his claim and was awarded a case number 442479.</p> <p> </p> <p>Numerous attempts for his office and himself led to a dead end, even his office contacted the Labour Department for assistance with no success as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been almost 3 years down the line......how much longer?????</p>
