Bad and Poor Service from Workmens Compensation

What a poor and bad service am receiving from the workmens Compensation. I usually receive the compensation fund for my son every month. But this month I have not received the money and this is not the first time this thing happens and the sad part is that once I do not receive the money for that month, they do not back pay it the following month.

I call and call now and then and they will tell you that they will get back to you and fix the problem but they never do that. I feel so bad because this is the money that supports my son. How will I pay school fees, buy him food if I do not receive his money from the compensation fund?. The service I receive is really bad and I am not happy about this.

I feel so bad that I did not receive the money and I would like to get help because I am now tired of complaining about one thing. My son should receive the money as he qualifies to get this money.
