Training force eating Student Funds

My daughter is has been on a disability learnerships through Training force at Diversity Empowerment in Houghton.

She has Lupus since 2014 and has been one of the greatest challenges. She has not been paid for 6 months due to absenteeism which I have explained both telephonically and via e-mail to her Project Manager Tumelo but failing to understand the severity of her illness. We have produced doctors notes which a normal GP books her off for a week, she's been bedridden since March 2021. We eventually got a new doctor which is now treating her lungs. My daughter suffers with SLE Lupus re Arthritis in the whole body and only utilizes one lung. I have explained to Tumelo ample times and said unfortunately if there's no letter to prove they cannot pay her. I'm asking with years in my eyes that if this is the situation, why are we hosting disabled learnership. Lupus is an illness that takes long to recover. To add on I could hear by the conversation that he (Tumelo) never looked at her file. She would message him and ask questions in the group where he'd simply ignore her and answer other learners. This is extremely demotivating as stress flairs Lupus. She attended class the whole of September as she's in new treat and only received R2500. Does Training force have the right to withhold the money of Seta and not pay a learner yet they claim it's BBEEE and tax.

I have directed this to higher authorities but never received any calls back. I am pleading for help in this instance please.
