worst service

I Thabo Sebele have a funeral policy with them for a year and 6months with workers life insurance and when I lost a loved one they did not want to pay the agreed amount. They still deduct money from my salary advice for sumeone who has alredy passed on and they didn't cover for. I was advised the waiting period was 6months and I paid for 1yr 6mnth. Im very disappointed with this company and intending to tell my colligues about their service as the whole Departnent of Corretional Sevice in Sun City Prison in Naturena has a funeral policy with them.<br> Bad Bad Bad Service indeed. I hope they will take this extremely serious and do sumething about this.
