Workerslife reap off

My name is Mr Sethabela my id ***.my address is EG 10 merriespruit complex.my cel no is *** alt is ***.i have policy with workerslife.in march i submitted a claim of my late grandmother on my policy number ***8.tha name of my late granny was Kelisaletse Melamu.when i claimed she was reflecting active status and the consultant also confirm that.i also recieve a message that confirms that the head office recieved my claim and it also continue say i have to write them a statement about my grannies id because it was not having the left page were her id numbers and photos appear which i did after two weeks i went to thier because i did not heared from them.they told the application has failed because i m on arrears.

They gave me complain form to write to the ombudsmen which i did.it was in April 2019 when i submitted my complain. Mid May 2019 i went back to thier local offices to make the follow up,when i arrived the consultant told me that my compliant has been turned down.

So i m wrtting to you for help because workerslife deducted the money for my granny till much when i asked why they said it waz for arrears so that the can settle my policy

I did not received my payout till now please help me withis matter i saw how did u help my wife with her lewis case
