workerslife doesn't want to despite ombudsmen

Last year I putted in a claim on a funeral policy workerslife gave me a run around not making the required payment until i i lodged a complaint with the ombudsmen decision to pay out was taken and i was informed on the 17th of March it will be paid till now on the 5th of April 2016 no payment has been made. Upon enquiry I'm told directors are to decide on the payment and no sure when they would pay. I'm upset disappointed to think a large number of law enforcement agencies have policies with company that looks for every opportunity no to pay
