i have a funeral policy with workers life,my Aunt passed away at her house and now when im claiming the asking for medical reports and she was certified dead by the funeral palour my premiums are up to date i have submitted everything they want ,they are now playing hide and seek and the funeral on saturday they do not want to pay the claim .when we taking policies they do not disclose to us that they will need medical reports even on their forms the did not write that when you claim they want medical report the only state death certificate,id of the desead ,id of the claimant nd death certificate and notice of death i have submitted all those documents but they still aking for more
