Poor Service Delivery

I made a Death Claim on a policy and their flyer is showing they give a hired vehicle for 3 days and only have exceptions on airtime but when I enquired about this vehicle hire I got stories that the vehicle is not for grandparents although the flyer on their website only have exceptions only on airtime
