poor,poor,poor service from workerslife legal

I urgently need a family representative so I went to my workers life offices, I filled in a small form n the lady assured me that a lawyer would call me back within the next week Monday or Tuesday( that was the Friday in September)in late October I called every possible contact nr.and finally got the legal department, where I was put on hold several times, n finally got hold of a gentleman that informed me that my request for q lawyer was never submitted to them.I then call back to the maponya mall office and enquire why my request was not submitted,but the lady couldn't give me a answer, just saying she would submit it again,andbi would hear from the lawyers the next day or the day after.... That was a month ago.... I'm paying this people every mont for the last 10 years,(from the time they were Popcru legal/Lesaka legal n now workers life legal).... persal nr/acc nr is ***6 and I'm working at Jhb correctional centre.my email address is [Email Removed] pls I'm desperate cause I'm about to loose my 3 boys that I have been staying with for the last 2 years
