Pathetic, terrible service

I am so disappointed in the manner in which Workers life has failed me. I have been a member for 20 years and for the first time I need their assistance and they failed to even give me a minute to assist. Since January I am requesting legal representation and they still seeking authorization. I am a local office barer that is recruiting for workerslife and this is the service we get. They don't care about us members they are just a ****. Please assist
