Labour Court matter

I have been a member of Workerslife for more than ten years, but I still have difficulty in understanding how they help their clients. One of their panel attorneys in Pietermaritzburg received instruction to deal with my Labour Court matter in July last year, but no file has been opened in this regard despite the fact that I have made his work easier by going to Labour Court where I paid about R300 to get a copy of my file. The copy was handed to his colleague in December last year, but nothing has been done to help me.
