Goodday am deeply hurt about this company everytime when i claim workerslife delays payments they pay me after the funeral because of i involved the Ombudsmen,Now my Aunt passed away they declining the claim they said my policy lapsed how can policy lapse if i didn't pay for two months,they've never send me an SMS that says my policy is in areas they send me salary every month's as i was working for the company why didn't they deduct that money from my salary i think this thing is personal i have a funeral this coming weekend i don't even have money to burie my Aunt please i need ur help because 2014 they also did the same thing with my brother i had to borrow money from cash loans so that i could burie my brother and they paid me a month later after I've buried my brother, now they do it again
