Furious with workerslife

Good day I have send a cancellation with an email to workerslife in June 2024 so that they cancel my funeral policy. To date they are still deducting their monthly subscription from my salary. I've send them a trail of emails which are ignored and not responded to. I'm desperate please assist. Regards Nkagiseng
