Death claim

I need assistance with regard to a claim i put in Dec/Jan.Its a death claim of my late brother...popcru told me the case went to court but to date nothing happened. I have since registered him with my other fellow siblings when popcru came into life and moreover extended contributions in 2015/16. I was not aware of their terms and conditions especially when i started with them. Now im being sent from pillar to post and have debts to deal with. When i asked for the policy document that i filled in the years 1980-90s they said i must go look for the person that assisted me, which is an impossible task.
