Bad experience

I' have written and forwarded an email in requesting a cancellation of my policy with immediate effect to workerslife on the 09 April 2024 to my surprise that policy is still active to date. They have promised me to cancel the policy last month. However that had not happened after several emails that I have sent to them. I also notified them about this email they never bother to respond to my request. This policy which I took more than nineteenth years ago it was like an investment that yields no results I'm very much disappointed with the attitude that they have displayed to me.
