A BAD AND ANNOYING CLIENT SERVICE

I have been a member of Workers Life/ Lesaka for morethan ten years. I noticed one annoying issue with them is that clients are not priority to them. I had several interaction with them in terms of requesting legal request and they always want me to literally frequent they offices before they can appoint a lawyer for me. I am still waiting for a request I submitted in April and no appointment has been done. I dont recommend this company in legal perspective at all.
