Wordpress supports ****s, not safe

Listinghive recently ****med our business and Wordpress allows them to continue operating.

Wordpress is not considering our needs. Our whole website crashed and our information was deleted with no access to restorative files. Listinghive did not offer support or a refund.

I spoke to a wordpress representative that just said "Talk to Listinghive" leading to an impasse.
