Worst shop ever

My parents Dbought me a Michael Kors watch for my birthday from World Time Machine at Nelson Mandela Square on the 06/09/2015. After two weeks from the date, we brought the watch back because there were a colour change on the strap. <br> I took the watch back to the shop and they said maybe it is my fold, when I explained to them that they sold me a stainless ***** watch and it is not supposed to change in colour. They took the watch in and said they will send it back to Michael Kors in Cape Town. After about four telephone calls and two visits to the Sandton city shop they supp**** me with a new watch in Desember 2015. 10 days later I was back with the same problem. They refused to pay me my money back and they will send it again back to Michael Kors again. Then after another 6 phone calls and three visits 300 km to the shop from the East Rand, two emails and a lot of whatsapps because the owner refuse to take any phone calls. After I threatened them with legal advise they paid me on the 22nd February 2016 the amount of R4454. 99 with a short in payment of R494. 91. They refuse to pay me my balance because they say it is for credit card cost's. The paid them with a A debit
