Purchases a spotting scope from them on 14 February for R8000 plus a delivery fee, and wrote it would be delivered at 17:00 on the 19th. Then said on the 22nd that there was an unexpected incident in their delivery on the night of the 19th and would I like a refund or the same product in 7 days time. I said a refund would be preferable. They sent me a form the next day to complete which I did and have yet to receive any acknowledgement or refund for that matter and emails remain unanswered. There are no telephone numbers on their site.
